HEATHROW AIRPORT LIMITED TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC HEATHROW AIRPORT (CESSNA ROAD AND CODY ROAD) NO.1 TEMPORARY ORDER 2017 Heathrow Airport Limited hereby GIVES NOTICE that it intends to make the above Order under Sections 14 and 16(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and all other enabling powers, to enable building construction works to be carried out at Heathrow Airport, at Terminal 2. The effect of the Order would be to temporarily close Cessna Road and Cody Road, for their entire length. The Order will come into operation on 15th March 2017 and shall continue for a maximum period of 18 months, or earlier if the works to which they’re related have finished. The closure will be in operation at all times, and to such extent as indicated by the traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016. The closure will be effective as soon as the relevant signs are erected. Motorbike parking on Cody Road at Terminal 2 will be closed and provided at Terminal 1.
