In the High Court Chancery Division No. CR2017-001605 Notice is hereby given that, by an Order of the Court dated 8th March 2017, Melvyn Laurence Rose (IP number 2561) was removed as Office Holder in the cases listed in the Schedule below and Rishi Karia (IP number 15890) of Platinum Restructuring Services Limited, 1st Floor Venture House, 6 Silver Court, Watchmead, Welwyn Garden City, Herts AL7 1TS (telephone 01707 566 051) was appointed as Office Holder in his place. In each of the block transfer case the Secretary of State (if applicable) or such other persons such as the Registrar of Companies shall be notified of this order in such manner as the Court shall direct. The application shall also be notified in the London Gazette by one advert relating to the block transfer cases transferred within 14 days of the Order and the creditors shall also be notified of the change in officeholder within the next progress report. Any creditor, or, in the case of any members’ voluntary liquidation, any member, in respect of any of the companies or persons listed in the schedule below, who has an objection to this order shall have 21 days from the date of the advertisement in the London Gazette (which Order cannot be set aside) to apply to Court to set aside or vary the terms of the order. Such application shall not affect the transfer of the block transfer cases listed below until further or other order by the Court. Rules 4.49B(5), 4.49C(3) and 6.78A(4) of the Insolvency Rules 1986 do not apply and the outgoing officeholder is not required to produce any progress reports on ceasing to act as officeholder of the block transfer cases. The replacement officeholder shall be obliged to produce progress reports on the same dates as currently applicable to the outgoing officeholder. Rule 4(5)(b) of the Insolvent Companies (Report on Conduct of Directors) Rules 1996 (SI 1996/1909) shall (if but for this order it would apply) not apply and the outgoing officeholder is not required to submit any reports in respect of any of the voluntary liquidations listed in part 2 of Schedule B of the application. The replacement officeholder shall file a copy of this order with each of the courts listed in Schedule A of the application. Nothing in this order shall release the outgoing officeholder from any obligation to give and file notices in respect of his removal under this order in respect of the block transfer cases listed in Parts 1 and 2 of Schedule B of the application. The outgoing officeholder shall receive his release as Liquidator and Trustee in Bankruptcy 14 days after filing notice of his removal with the Registrar of Companies in the case of any such appointments set out in Parts 1 and 2 of Schedule B of the application or filing a copy of this order with each of the courts listed in Schedule A of the application, save that such release may be subject to further order in the event of an application by any creditor under paragraph 6 of the order for the specific case subject to that application. The costs of the application shall be paid as an expense and shall be apportioned equally between each of the block transfer cases so that the estate of each block transfer case shall bear an equal proportion of the costs.
