LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907 Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 5 December 2017, Altamar Private Equity SGIIC, S.A., as Trustee for (1) Altamar Buyout Global II FCR (the "First Assignor") and (2) Altamar Buyout Global III FCR (the "Second Assignor") each transferred to ASF Brighton, L.P., 45.41% of their interest held by them in Doughty Hanson & Co V LP No. 2 being a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP11713 (the "Partnership"), and on that date ASF Brighton, L.P. was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and the First and Second Assignors remained in the Partnership with reduced interests. TRANSFER OF INTEREST IN GROWTH III (A) LP (Registered No. LP017951) Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Zouk Investments Limited, with its registered office at 1st Floor, Liberation House, Castle Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE1 1GL, has partially transferred a portion of its interest as a limited partner in Growth III (A) LP, a limited partnership registered under the laws of England with registration number LP017951, to Anthony Fox (with the share of the interest including a capital contribution of EUR 2).
