The Harry Edwards Foundation offers holistic therapies and healing gardens at Burrows Lea. Everyone is welcome to come and explore the grounds, take part in various wellbeing activities, or simply enjoy coffee, cake and countryside views at our new cafe. For over 75 years we have offered a gentle, relaxing and holistic therapy, known as healing. It has similar outcomes to mindfulness, and can improve physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. This practice can increase your connection with self and in turn your capacity for self healing. It is open to all visitors but never imposed.
