MANCHESTER CITY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 (AS
AMENDED)
Notice is hereby given that the City Council has made the following
Temporary Road Traffic Order(s): ORDER NO. MCC000134717281:
The City of Manchester (Peter Street, Deansgate Ward) (Temporary No
Waiting and No Loading) (Tour Buses Stands) Order 2023 under s14
of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order will be
to the designated parking bays on Peter Street, from Deansgate to
Maron Place & to the taxi rank from Southmill Street to Maron Place.
The City Council is satisfied that this restriction is necessary in order
to facilitate a footway reconstruction. It is expected that the works will
be in progress from 2nd August 2023 to 6th July 2026. The order shall
come into operation on 2nd August 2023 and may remain until such
time that it is revoked.

Effect of this notice
The money is to be frozen until –
(a) the money is forfeited (S.303Z9)
(b) the notice lapses (S.303Z11) or
(c) the account freezing order is varied or set aside (S.303Z4)
If no objection is made within the period for objecting, and the notice
has not lapsed, the money is forfeit unless an application is made to
set aside forfeiture.
An application to set aside Notice of forfeiture, S.303Z12, may be
made by a person aggrieved by the forfeiture, to a Magistrates’ Court,
before the end of the period of 30 days, starting with the day on which
the period for objecting ended. The Court may extend the period in
exceptional circumstances.

UK-MOLDOVA AMENDING AGREEMENT NO.1
Amending Agreement No.1 between the United Kingdom of Great
Britain and Northern Ireland and the Republic of Moldova to amend
the Strategic Partnership, Trade and Cooperation Agreement between
the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the
Republic of Moldova, which was signed at Chişinău on 25 May 2023,
entered into force on 31 July 2023.
This notice is given by the Secretary of State for Business and Trade
pursuant to regulation 1(3) of the Customs (Tariff and Miscellaneous
Amendments) Regulations 2023 (S.I. 2023/774).

Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, the Trustee of the
Scheme hereby gives notice that the Scheme is being wound up
following the transfer of all of its assets to the BOC Retirement
Benefits Scheme.
If you were an employee of one of the relevant employers above and
you believe you are a member of the Scheme (or a widow, widower or
other dependant of a member of the Scheme) and you have not
received written communication regarding the transfer referred to
above (but believe you are still entitled to benefits under the Scheme)
you should:

If you believe you have any other interest, claim or entitlement in
relation to the Scheme, you should contact BOC Pension Services, at

should provide details of your full name (or the name of the member, if
different), address, date of birth, national insurance number, the
employer you (or employed the member) and the period of
employment, a note of any benefits to which you claim you are
entitled and any relevant documents which support your claim.
You should make any claims in writing to the postal address or email
address above no later than two months from the date of this
notice, that date being 30th September 2023. After that date, the
Scheme will be wound up and the Trustee will have no liability to any
person claiming an entitlement whose claim was not notified to them
before that date.
For the avoidance of doubt, claims need not be made if you have
received notice of the transfer referred to above.

AMINO 2019 PENSION SCHEME

This notice is addressed to former and current members and
beneficiaries of the Scheme listed above.
Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, notice is hereby given
that the Amino 2019 Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”) commenced
wind-up with effect on and from 1 February 2023 and the Trustees of
the Scheme, intend to distribute the assets of the Scheme among all
persons entitled to benefits from the Scheme as at the date it
commenced wind-up. The Trustees of the Trust believe they have the
names of everyone who had a right to benefits. However, if you think
you have an entitlement under the Trust and have not already been
contacted by the Trustees in relation to this transfer, please contact
