We have seen an acceleration of the implementation of digital solutions to facilitate the hybrid work model. This has impacted some of our traditional business. The challenge for the industry is to adapt to the changing requirements of businesses. ARC has been relatively successful in this endeavour and our goal is to continue to stay ahead of the curve. Macro-economic factors like high interest rates have impacted the cost of lending which can ultimately reduce business spending. This also means higher costs for us as we continue to invest in equipment to future-proof the business.
