The principal activities of the company have now changed from design and manufacture of flexible circuits,electronic touch panels to Engineering Design and development of flexible Circuits and therefore is an agentfor Parlex Pacific Ltd. As communicated in previous reports, we have concluded our move from amanufacturing site to an Engineering Centre, servicing our manufacturing facility in China. All manufacturinghas been transferred and this year we closed the old plant and opened a new Engineering Centre, at a newsmaller location. We have significantly reduced the business cost and created a team fully focused on newprojects and technology.
